RETURNS & REPAIRS
Should your purchase unfortunately arrive damaged during shipment, we will gladly fix or replace it.  We try our best to pack your order in a way that protects it during shipping but understand that some circumstances may arise causing damages beyond our control.  If this should occur, please contact us at info@costumepartyatl.com within 7 business days of receipt of your damaged goods.  Please provide a photo of your original shipping label to confirm date of receipt & wait for an RA# before shipping the goods back to us. Please package properly (to avoid further damage) and ship through an insured delivery provider (USPS, UPS or FedEx). You will be responsible for shipping charges.

*Please e-mail us tracking number after shipment and hang onto for future reference if necessary.

If your goods should become damaged after wearing it please let us know and we will gladly repair it for you. You will be charged for shipping and cost of materials/labor to fix or replace.
