Wayuu- Loca?! bags are one of a kind!
Wayuu- Loca?! bags are hand-knotted by the Wayuu tribe of the Colombian Caribbean coast. Wayuu weaving is a symbol of tribal pride that is passed down from generation to generation and tells a story about the weavers' life through symbols & color! The Women of the tribe make the bags over the course of a month while the men-folk weave the straps. The Wayuu-Loca?! style is the original, authentic style of the Wayuu “mochila” ( satchel in spanish ) with a simpler strap!
